Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us. We will not automatically refund orders returned to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping Issues
As we are not able to control shipping issues, and rely on a timely report to make a claim on shipping issues, we cannot offer refunds on undelivered, lost or damaged shipments more than 14 days after scheduled delivery, or 5 days after a delivery notification is sent out. We also are not liable for damage to products forwarded using a parcel forwarding or similar service.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are limited to the price of the products purchased and require a return except where a return is impossible or infeasible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-3 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your financial institution's policies.

If you have not received your order and believe your order may have been lost in shipping, you must contact us within 30 days and tracking must confirm shipment was lost by the carrier to receive a full refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again to ensure the refund wasn't overlooked.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items are nonrefundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at support@admiremyskin.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and your return approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send return instructions and updates to the gift giver, and refund directly to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. At our discretion, we may provide a prepaid return label in some circumstances.

The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live, but typically take at least 1-2 weeks to arrive.

When shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
